POWER OF SUN’S RAYS
Scientific Measurement - - (Ree. August 15, 8,15 p.m.) Berlin, August 15. A small balloon with a gondola fitted with scientific instruments was sent up at Stuttgart by Professor Regener and ascended over seventeen miles. The instruments showed that the power of the sun’s rays was almost constant to 39,000 foot, after which, it increased greatly.
