SWEEPING CHANGES
Italian Diplomatic Service Rome, August 12. Signor Mussolini’s diplomatic changes are following a policy of keeping his assistants up to the mark by discouraging any feeling "of security. He is training as many as possible to meet all emergencies. . Sweeping changes include the recall of the Ambassadors at Washington, Paris, Berlin, Brussels, and Madrid.
