Small Table To’wnament In the final of the small table billiards tournament last night W. E. Fossette had to concede H. Dyhrberg 270 in 390 up, a heavy handicap. This was more than be was able to do, for the younger player missed little in the way of ordinary shots, and was a little lucky in the finishing stages. His opponent scored 218, Dyhrberg winning the cup by 72 points. The cup and miniature trophy were presented by Mr. F. W. Vosseler, manager of Billiards, Ltd., and a cue was presented to the runner-up, W. Fossette. In the semi-finals played earlier in the evening, Fossette defeated Warner, 295—205, no good breaks being made by either player. In the other semi-final, H. Gilbert!, receive 35, lost to H. Dyhrberg, receive 120, on whicli the loser gained very little, only reaching 135. At the conclusion hearty thanks were accorded to Billiards, Limited, for running the tournament under such excellent conditions.
