Walker Outpoints Payne REFEREE ORDERS ACTION (Rec. August 14, 5J5 pan.) Sydney, August 14. At the Stadium last night Walker, 13.11, defeated Payne on points. It was not an interesting bout. The decision was unpopular. Payne was more aggressive at the start Walker was repeatedly told by the referee to fight and was cautioned for holding on to the ropes. Al Foreman, who is en route for Australia, still holds the Lonsdale Belt, bathe was deprived of the title by the Board of Control because he refused a purse which the board deemed was adequate for a challenge match with Cuthbert. . . .
