A pihg-pOng match was played on Thursday evening between Messrs J. H. Bethune and Co. Ltd., and The Alliance Assurance Co., Ltd. After some Very interesting games Messrs. Bethune and Co. won the match by 14 singles to 11, and 5 doubles to 4. A small silver cup was pre- i seated to the winning team. j
