Imprisoned Lord Kylsant

London, July 25.

The “Dally Express” states that Lord Kylsant’s release from prison is imminent, as he has gained a full remission for good conduct. He will stay Quietly at his home in South Wales in the meantime, and will then take a long sea voyage.

Chairman of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company, Lord Kylsant, was sentenced to twelve months’ imprisonment In the Second Division at the Central Criminal Court, London, on July 30,1931, on a charge of making and publishing a prospectus which he knew to be false. He appealed against the sentence, and was released, on bail. The appeal, however, was refused last November.
