Street Parking of Cars

Sir, —Some time has now elapsed since the City Council passed its by-law prohibiting night parking of motor-cars in the streets. Why has no action been taken to enforce this by-law? Is this another case of laxity on the part of the authorities, or was it a big case of “bluff”?—l am, etc., BLUFFED. Wellington, June 24.
