MARLBOROUGH RACES Nominations for the Marlborough Racing Club’s autumn meeting close to-mor-row night (Friday), at 9 p.m. The meeting is being held on Thursday and Saturday, April 28 and 30, aud is clear of nil North Island fixtures within easy range of the Wellington district. Horses competing at Marlborough can be shipped at 3 p.m. on the Wednesday, aud be re turned to Wellington on Saturday night. The Marlborough Trotting Club s annual meeting is being held on the middle day of the racing club’s meeting.
