FOUR “TOTE” TICKETS
Man Charged With Theft CASE AT FEILDING Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, April 13. After two remands, Charles Frederick Ammon, aged 45 years, was charged In the Feilding Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Mr. R. M. Watson, S.M., with the theft of four totalisator tickets valued at £l7/14/-, the property of Peter O’Regan. Accused, who pleaded not guilty, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail of £5O and one surety for a similar amount was allowed.
