BANANA JAM
Peel and slice .10 hananas, strain the juice of two lemons and add 21b of sugar. Put all in a pun after allowing to stand until sugar is quite dissolved. Gently bring to boil, stirring all the time till it thickens. When set remove from fire. Allow to cool before bottling. 'This recipe makes a delightful tilling for cakes, tarts, etc.
