When the Government decided to postpone the build!' scheme indoO-dfely. the people gave expression to their disappointment. but some of them have recently taken a more philosophic view of the situation. One humorist suggests thnl a swim Ing pool should he formed, and u member of the Acellmatlsatiou Society proposes that 100 yearling trout should lie released to keep company with the frogs on the site and furnish an aquarium for Hie public. The society, in semi-comic vein, has decided against the last-mentioned suggestion, on the ground that It would furnish too wide m fetnptatkro to poach era.
