MOTOR-SHIP FOXTON

The small wooden motor-ship Foxton. which broke her port propeller shaft in Cook Strait last Saturday afternoon, while hound from Lyttelton to Foxton. and put into Wellington for repairs, went on to tbe Patent Slip yesterday morning to have a new shaft fitted. She came off the slip again during the afternoon and left hist night for Foxton.

The Wellington Bowling Centre executive hist night passed a vote of condolence with the relatives of the late Mr. A. Dotigall. of Seatoun Bowling Club, whose death occurred suddenly ou the Khaudallah green.
