YESTERDAY’S WEATHER
Tlie weather in Wellington yesterday was dull and overcast. The day was mild, with a light wind from the north. There was a continuation of tine south-west weather at Auckland, but the sky was cloudy and threatening. The weather at Christchurch was dull and showery till late iu the afternoon, when the north-east wind freshened and dispersed the clouds. The maximum temperature was 58 degrees. A strong north-easterly breeze blew In Dunedin yesterday. The skies were dull early, but there was an Improvement about noon, and it. was mild and sunny later.
