WEDDING
Steff ensen—S tanners A quiet wedding took place at All Saints’ Church,- Eltham, on Monday, when Grace Ada, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Stauners, Eltham, was married to Carl Olaf Steffensen, New Plymouth. The bride was dressed in mushroom shade georgette and lace, and wore a capolene straw hat, with bouquet of freesias and winter roses to tone. Mrs. Harold Gibson, sister of the bride, was matron of honour, and wore a frock of lecretia and lace, with lace coatee and capolene straw hat. She also carried a bouquet of frOesias and winter roses to tone. Mr. I. Stanners, brother of the bride, was best man. The Rev. A. J. Beck officiated. A reception was afterwards held at the Oddfellows' Hall, wher.e Mrs. Stanners received the guests wearing a frock ofnavy georgette. Bouquets of distinction for the bride and her maids.
