NEW BODY FORMED
Real Estate Institute WELLINGTON BRANCH Consequent upon the amendment of the constitution of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, to make membership of that body personal, instead of being through the local institutes, the Real Estate Institute of .Wellington was wound up at a meeting held on Tuesday evening. It was decided that the institute should go into voluntary liquidation, Mr. H. B. Burdekin being appointed liquidator. A further meeting was then held, at which it was decided to form a Wellington branch of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Officers were elected ns follow: —President, Mr. R. A. Large; members of council, Messrs. R. A. Large, A. A. Gellatly, and J. G. Harcourt; committee, taembers of the council and Messrs. R. P. McCracken, N. Gow, J. Fanning, N. D. MacLeod, H. E. Greig, and A. W. Nisbet; secretary, Mr. 11. B. Burdekin; auditor, Mr. 8. E. Lambert; trustees, Messrs. R. A. Large, D. Sloane, and J. G. Harcourt.
