Man Shot in Face WELL KNOWN AT BULLS By Telegraph—Press Association. Marton, August 29. As the result of n tragic occurrence in Bulls yesterday afternoon, a well-known local resident, Alfred J. Green, single, aged 48, died in the Palmerston North Hospital late last night following gunshot wounds in the jaw and face. Ten minutes before the tragedy deceased, who was an ox-Rugby player and a keen enthusiast, was discussing with his fellow Coach and employer, Mr. Harry Holland, arrangements for a Bulls team
