School attendance figures issued at Tonypamly, Wales, reveal that Mr. Woodward, a seventy-six-year-old tradesman, of Peiitre, has come back to school for the first time in sixty-six years. Mr. Woodward said he took advantage of evening class education promoted by the local authority boenuso “I wanted to know where to nut the full stops and the commas 1”
Another surprising feature of education in the Rhondda is the disclosures that Clifford, Megan, and Winifred Jones, children of Mr. and Mrs. David Janes, c,f Clydnch Vale, have attended school between them for nineteen years without n break.
