SCHNEIDER CUP RACE
French Machines to Enter ANNOUNCEMENT OF PLANS (Rec. August 30, 5.5 p.m.) Official Wireless. Rugby, August 29. A message from the French . Air Ministry received at Calshot to-night states that the French Schneider team will arrive within a few days. It will bring three machines —one Niewport and two Bernardis. The team will be under the command of Captain Amanriche, who has been in command during the training at Marseilles. The French Air Minister, M. Dumesnil, with his staff will witness the race and will probably arrive at Calshot in the cruiser Foeh on September 8 or 9.
