PROHIBITION ADDRESS
8t David’s Guild room was crowded last Thursday afternoon when the Roy. Mr. Blanchard gave an address on prohibition. The president of the Upper Hutt branch of the W.0.T.U.. Mrs. Shed, also spoke on the aims of the union. Mrs. Bennett sang “A Brown Bird Singing, and Miss J. Whiteman sang “My Dear Soul.”' Mrs. F. Whiteman played two pianoforte solos, “Helene” and “Caprice Arfnm Afternoon tea was provided by the committee. ’
