Bank Robbers’ Ruse Fails Tok io, June 12. Au original attempt at a bank robbery is reported from Dairen. The night staff received a gift supper from an “anonymous friend,” which was followed by severe pains, leaving the victims In a precarious condition. The police arrested a Japanese, formerly in an official position and at present head of a commercial firm. They also discovered a safe-breaking outfit.
