PIPE WEEK
Wellington’s Observance Wellington's pipe week is drawing to a close. It has served its purpose in reminding smokers that many an old pipe is due for replacement. Tobacconists have made the most of the occasion by displaying attractive selections. He claimed that he had unorthodox pipes for unusual faces, and thought that the pleasure of a pipe need be denied to nobody on the grounds of vanity.
