RED DEMONSTRATION
March Planned in Sydney SINISTER CITY RUMOURS (Rec. April 30, 8 p.m.) Sydney, April A committee representing militant Labour, organisations, the State Labour Executive, the unemployed, the Communist party, the "League Against Imperialism,” and the Friends' of the Soviet Union has made arrangements for a Red march to-morrow in a May Day procession. It is expected that 10,000 will participate and the police are taking every precaution to prevent disorder. Their ranks will be greatly reinforced owing to sinister rumours flying about the city.
