WESLEY HOCKEY CLUB
New Officers Elected The annual meeting of the Wesley Hockey Club was held on Tuesday last, the Rev. E. D. Patehett presiding. The retiring officers were thanked for their good services, and regret was expressed at the departure of the president for the past three years, the Rev. E. D. Patehett. who is leaving Wellington for Auckland next month. Mr. S. Butcher was also thanked for his services as secretary for several years. The following officers were elected for the coming season: —-Patron, Mr. C. M. Lnke; president, Rev. T. R. Richards; vice-presidents, Messrs. 11. P. Mourant, N. R. Seddon, R. Hardie Boys; life members, Messrs. A- Phillpot'ts, G. C. Burton, 11. F. Gardiner, ft. Phillpotts; hon. secretary, Mr. H. 11. Dy,es; treasurer, Mr. H. It. Pyle; auditor, Mv. L. 11. Daniell; club captain, Mr. W. S. Butcher; management committee, Messrs. S. B. Browne, R. A. Phillpot’ts, K. H. B. Strong; delegates to W. H. A., Mr. S. B. Browne, Mr. W. S. Butcher; delegate to B.C. Union, Mr. H. S. Dykes; Press reporter, Mr. S. B. Browne; custodian ot materials, Mr. R. S. Luke.
