Programme to be Prepared London, March 12. Mr. Arthur Henderson, Foreign Secretary, will represent Britain on a committee to discuss European union, which will meet In Paris on March 24; and will draw up a definite programme for the development of M. Briand’s scheme for economic unity. It will discuss the agenda for the \ main meetings of the League Council \ and consult about arrangements for l the Disarmament Conference.
