NEW FLYING BOAT
Powerful British Machine DELIVERED TO JAPAN (Rec. Eebruary 2, 11.30 p.m.) Tokio, February 2. A plane which has arrived from Short Brothers, England, is claimed to be the world’s most powerful flying boat. It has been constructed to the order of the Japanese Government. After tests under the supervision of British engineers it will be attached to the Naval Aviation Corps at Tateyama, at the entrance to Tokio harbour.
