Mesdames Snelling. Braun, Mason, Picard anil Bovis will represent the Shannon Croquet Club in an inter-club match on the Manawatu green next Thursday. The Shannon unemployment committee is still actively employed in finding work for local men; £450 has been received from the Unemployment Board to date. This sum gave relief to 113 men.
