UPPER HUTT TRAFFIC
Reporting to the Upper Hutt Borough Council at its meeting last night, the borough inspector said: “Traffic has received attention, and I am of opinion there is a marked improvement in the speeding of motor-cars on the main road of the borough. “I have also cautioned a number of women found riding bicycles on the public footpath.
