THROWN INTO DITCH
Motor-car Leaves Road OCCUPANTS INJURED By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, December 8. A car driven by Mr. C. C. Beattie, of Feilding, left “the road and ran into a ditch while overtaking a milk wagon at Bunnythorpe yesterday morning. The occupants were thrown violently out of their seats, Mrs. Beattie sustaining a broken nose, a broken kneecap, and other injuries. Mr. Beattie was slightly injured. Both were taken to hospital. ■
