JURY WAS “IDIOTIC”
Plain Talk from Judge ACQUITTAL OF ACCUSED Cape Town, November 25. Following the acquittal of a man charged with culpable homicide, Mr. Justice Russell startled the Bulawayo Court by discharging the accused, saying, “You are uncommonly successful in having the finding of a most idiotic jury.”
