THEFTS ON STEAMER
Maheno Passengers SUM OF MONEY MISSING By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill. November 24. Detectives met the Maheno which arrived at Bluff from Melbourne this mornin" having been previously advised by radio that several thefts from passengers cabins hnd taken place on the voyage. A total of £5 in silver was obtained from four different cabins. Ah investigation was carried out, but no arrest has been made.
