POOR HEAVY CONTEST
Dissatisfaction With Verdict (Rec. November 23. 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, November 23. At the Stadium last night Jack O’Malley (12.4) gained a decision over Leo Bandins (11.11), the Victorian heavyweight champion in a poor contest. Bandias did a lot of running in the first eight rounds, then fought better, so that a section of the crowd was dissatisfied with tho verdict.
