Ticket-holders Blackmailed By Telegraph—Press- Assn. —CopyrightLondon, November 21. New Turf problems have arisen as a result of the Irish Sweepstakes. At least two ticket-holders for runners have been threatened that unless they pay respectively £BOO and £5OO the horses will not start. , , . This is a form of blackmail which is facilitated by the publication of the names and addresses of the drawers of horses.
