FATAL CAPSIZE
Driver of Lorry Charged By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, November 21. Eric Francis Mackay was charged in the Police Court this morning with negligently driving a motor vehicle thereby causing the death of Thomas Martin Corcoran. On the application of the police n remand to December 15 was granted. Corcoran was being given a ride in a power board lorry driven by Mackay, an employee of the board, when it capsized.
