“GOLFERS” IN PETONE
There will be opened at Petone to-day what is probably one of the finest, outdoor miniature golf courses yet laid in the AVellington district. Situated in a bandy position between Hutt and Petone, on the corner of Cuba St. and Bouverie Street, this course offers both golfers and novices something new in “golfies.” The course has been picturesquely laid out in attractive surroundings, and has already been the subject of much ’’comment from those who have seen it. The buses from both Lower Hutt and Wellington stop nearby, thus making it convenient for patrons to have a run out to the valley for a round or two on this 18-hole outdoor course.
