Election of Officers Masterion, July 23. At the annual meeting of the Master; ton Horticultural Society the following officers were elected:—Patron, Mrs. C. F. Vallance; president, Mr. H. P. Hugo; vice-presidents, Mesdames G. O. Williams, B. V. Skeet, and A. A. Oameron, and Messrs. R. J. Barton, F. W. Groves, and L. B. Maunpell; committee, Mesdaiues D. K. Logan, Scharnwebber, G. W. Sellar, Coom, Kilgour, H. McKay, and Messrs. H. E. Pither, A. G. Lawson, L. S. Nicol, Haxton, Campbell, Kibblewhite, Yates, and O. L. Needham; treasurer, Mr. H. M. Boddington. It was decided to leave the appointment of a secretary in the hands of the committee.
