LATE DR. NANSEN
WORK FOR LEAGUE OF NATIONS British Wireless. Rugby, May 14. In a tribute to the late Dr. Nansen, the British Foreign Secretary (Mr. A. Henderson), speaking at Geneva ast night, said: “No one in the world, perhaps, could have done for the League of Nations what Dr. Nansen did. At all the most difficult moments in its memory Dr. Nansen stood out as the fearless champion of the principles upon which the league is built.”
