SUPERANNUATION BOARD DECISIONS
The quarterly meeting of the Public Service Superannuation Board this week was presided over by Mr. J. M. Macdonald. Twenty-five contributors, who retired by reason of age or length of service. were granted allowances of a total of £5758 a year. Three contributors, who retired as medically unfit, weep granted allowances totalling £238 a year. Twenty widows and 12 children were granted the statutory allowances amounting to £932 annually. Several applications for the inclusion of broken service for superannuation were dealt with, and other matters concerning the administration of the fund were approved.
