MASTERTON NOTES
Masterton, April 11. At a meeting of the directors of the Masterton Y.31.C.A. last night, the following officers were elected: President, Mr. H. 31. Peacock; vice-presidents, Jlessrs. A. J. Daysh and W. A. Clarke; hon. secretary, Mr. G. R. Joy; hon. treasurer, 3lr. W. J. Campbell. It was reported that the membership was 812 on Starch 31. At a meeting of the Slastcrton Central School Committee last night, a proposed circular, to be sent to parents requesting their approval or objection to the institution in the school of the Nelson system of Bible reading, was adopted.
