LOAN OVERSUBSCRIBED Dominion Special Service Wanganui, February 1. The Wanganui Harbour Boatd has been more than successful in floating its loan of £65,000 for repayment of an old loan of £lOO,OOO. Approximately £85,000 has been offered, although the loan 1 has only been on the market for fourteen days. Auckland is the biggest subscriber, with Wanganui second, and Dunedin third. This confidence thus expressed in Wanganui is most gratifying to tbe Wanganui Harbour Board and the city generally. z
