OVERSEAS MAILS
The Postal authorities have received cabled advice from Sydney that the Makura, which left there at 4 p.m. on Thursday for Wellington, carries 1,101 bags of mail from Australia and 142 parcel receptacles, including 522 from other places. The Maraina, which left Sydney at 4p.m. on Friday, for Wellington, carries 80 bags of mail from Australia and 21 parcel receptables.
