WAIRARAPA SCOUTS
TROPHY FOR BEST TROOP.
Masterton, December 27.
For the best troop in the Wairarapa Scouts, who are now under canvas at Morison’s Bush, a handsome cup has been donated by Mr. A. Rolph. Ihc tiophy will be competed for annually. For some time past a proposal to form a Scout library for use throughout the Wairarapa has been under consideration, and a large sum has been donated for this purpose by several residents in the district. Nothing definite will be done till after the New Year, however. It has been found necessary, for a number of reasons, to postpone the Masterton Y.M.C.A. boys’ camp until January 20. Registrations have been received for this event from quite a number of boys.
