RAILWAY TRAVEL
A RESTRICTION REMOVED. Another extension of the travel facilities for the general public is announced by the General Manager of Railways. Up to the present the issue of tickets ami the reservation of seats and sleeping berths have been restricted to a period of 14 days preceding the day of travel. This restriction will he removed on ami after Monday next. December 2. and prospective passengers on ordinary trains or holiday excursion or other reduced-fare trains will be able Io gel their tickets and scats or berth reservalions r at any time before the day of travel.
