NARRABRI MURDER
DISCOVERY OF HEAD SUSPECT ARRESTED Sydney, November 15. At Narrabrl the police have recovered the head of the man whose dis membered body was found in a sack some days ago, taken from a creek: and at Glen Innes last night a man was charged with the murder at Narrabri of Arthur Smith or Sorenson. (Rec. November 15, 9.15 p.m.) Sydney, November 15.
The man charged with the murder at Narrabrl is Paul Meniel, aged 50 years. He is of German descent. He was remanded. A post-mortem examination of the head discovered in a bag reveals severe fractures, probably caused by blows with a heavy instrument.
