ARMISTICE DAY
REDUCTION OF FORCES AT LONDON CENOTAPH London, October 31. In the House of Commons, the Home Secretary, Mr. J. R. Clynes, said that there would be a substantial reduction in the numbers of the naval and military forces at the Cenotaph on Armistice Day, because of the growing public feeling that the ceremonies should be increasingly civilian.
