GERMAN SUGGESTIONS FOR RE-ALLOCATION POSITION OF SOUTH-WEST AFRICA (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Rec. October 31, 9.30 p.m.) London, October 31. In view of persistent German suggestions for the re-allocation of mandates, assumedly in a desire to regain South-west Africa, a resolution has been adopted by the East African Chamber of Commerce requesting the Labour Ministry to re-affirm Mr. Amery’s declaration that Britain has no intention of relinquishing any mandate.
