GUIDING AVIATORS
USE OF WIRELESS BEAMS
Paris, October 39. The inventor William Loth is adapting a system whereby the converging beams from a lighthouse give a ship's position at sea. He claims that he has devised a similar use for wireless directional beams, to guide aviators on their course or divert them from the path of storms.
