COMMON GAMING HOUSE
ELDERLY MAN FINED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, October 31. Thomas Henry Brewer, sen., pleaded guilty and was fined £25 for using his premises as a common gaming house. The police stated that the accused was an elderly man and that it was not a case for the maximum penalty.
