SHEEP-STEALING CHARGE
CASE AGAINST FARMER FAILS. Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, October 31. The trial in the Supreme Court of Norman Alfred Miller, who was charged with stealing two sheep from a neighbouring farmer, John Bryce, concluded to-day. ' After a retirement of an hour and ahalf, the jury returned with a verdict of not guilty. .
