FATAL SEIZURE
DEATH FOLLOWS COLLAPSE ON RACECOURSE Dominion Special Service. Christchurch, October 31. .Martin Henry Jansen, who had a seizure and collapsed on the stewards’ stand at the Raugiora races on Monday and was taken to "Brocklehurst” private hospital in an unconscious condi tion, died to-day without regaining consciousness. An inquest will be held to-morrow. Deceased was employed on the commercial staff of the “New Zealand Referee.” He was a married man residing at 2 Cuba Street, Petone.
