LIFE-SAVING

LYALL BAY CLUB. The work of the club’s team during the season was eulogised by the chairman (Mr. T. Raynor) at the twentieth annual meeting of the Lyall Bay Sulf and Lifesaving Club on Tuesday night. Club members, he declared, had worthily upheld the traditions of the club, both iu life-saving and in swimming events. The following new members were nominated :—S. McDonald, G. Waldron, 1.
